I'm always working on how to improve life on every level and I've learned the most by talking to the most inspiring people on the planet. The morning ritual is something I've been studying for a while now and with Wake-Up Calls I want to share my learnings with you and the rest of the world.
At this moment my personal morning rituals goes as following:
6:45 Wake Up, make my bed, drink a big glass of water
6:50 Meditate 10 minutes with Insight Timer app
7:00 Make breakfast (yoghurt, fruit, granola and coffee)
7:10 Eat breakfast and read a book
7:30 Gym, listen to podcasts during gym
8:30 Protein shake with frozen fruit
8:40 Cold shower
8:45 Get dressed and bike to work
This is not a weekly or monthly podcast show, it's more an experiment where I will post a new episode whenever I met someone inspiring and I happen to had a microphone with me. I hope this podcast will inspire you to make the most out of your morning and life.
